The deliverable lives on
the task.
One submission, one review, one approval — all on the work itself. No separate email, no “here's a Figma link,” no hunting for the latest version.

Submit, review, lock.
Three rules: deliverables live on the task, the client reviews in context, completion is permanent.
Submit where the work lives.
Every task has a Deliverables tab. Write the deliverable in a rich editor, embed images and video, attach files of any size (counts toward your account storage). When it's ready, send it to client review — no separate email, no “here's a link to a Figma board.”
Client reviews in context.
The client sees the deliverable alongside the task description, the Notes conversation, and any files. They approve, or they reject with a reason. The reason stays visible as a red-bordered card on the task forever.
Completion is irreversible.
Once the client approves, the task is completed and locked — no edits, no deletions, no “hey can we reopen this?” You've delivered. You can prove it.
Deliverables, answered
Built for agencies. Over-engineered for honesty.
Every decision in Progense exists for one reason: to tell the truth about where your projects actually are. Not to make you look good on a Monday morning slide. To show you — and your clients — reality.
