Overflow is visible, not hidden.
When a task runs past its planned end, the bar extends with diagonal red stripes. When a milestone's effective end outpaces its planned end, the milestone bar does the same. You can't pretend a slip didn't happen — the timeline won't let you.
Scope tasks render orange.
Any task created from an accepted scope request gets an orange bar — different from normal execution. You see at a glance how much of the project is original work and how much is new scope.
